- Converted output — Markdown and chunks delivered to you, then deleted

Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate Drive2MD:
Neon (Database)
Your account data is stored in Neon's managed PostgreSQL database. Neon is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant and encrypts all data at rest and in transit. Data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with automatic backups.
Stripe (Payments)
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never store your credit card information. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
Google Gemini (AI Processing)
Document conversion uses Google's Gemini AI for text extraction and processing. Documents are sent securely via API and are not used to train AI models. See Google's AI data policies for more information.
Data Security
- All data transmission uses TLS 1.3 encryption
- Database encryption at rest using AES-256
- Passwords are hashed using secure, salted algorithms
- Regular security audits and updates
- Access controls and monitoring on all systems
